The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, stated that 2025 has been the year of the Government in the democratic history of Spain, due to the collapse of sanchismo and its failures. In a press conference, Feijóo pointed out an erosion of coexistence and a political degradation due to scandals and corruption, as well as the government’s performance throughout the year. Furthermore, he warned about the repercussions on citizens’ lives, the economy, infrastructure, public services, and the country’s international reputation.
