Indonesia announces the end of the search operation for the missing Spanish minor after a shipwreck.

Labuan Bajo (Indonesia) (EFE).- This Friday, rescue teams in Indonesia announced the closure of the operation to recover the remains of the child still missing following the sinking of a tourist boat on 26 December in the waters of Komodo National Park, where three members of his family lost their lives and two managed to survive. The conclusion of the mission was communicated by officials from Indonesia’s National Search and Rescue Agency (BASARNAS) during a press conference in Labuan Bajo. The boats that have been searching in the waters of Komodo National Park returned to port this Friday without having found the child who remains missing. «We have explored all areas, both in the water and along the shores, where we thought the body might be located, but we have found no clues,» Budi Widjaja, who is supporting the family of the missing child, told EFE.
