Tehran/Geneva, (EFE).- On Tuesday, Iran declared that it has reached an understanding with the United States regarding the principles of a possible nuclear agreement during the second round of negotiations in Geneva. Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqchi, commented to journalists upon concluding this second round of indirect negotiations: «We have reached an agreement on several principles, which will serve as the basis for drafting a possible agreement text.»
