Jerusalem.- This Tuesday, the Israeli military has launched a series of bombings targeting «regime objectives» in Tehran, according to an official statement. These attacks on the Iranian capital occur on the eleventh day of conflict, following airstrikes by the Israeli air force in various locations across the city the night before. Benjamin Netanyahu’s government defends this air offensive, which began in collaboration with the United States more than a week ago, arguing that it is the way to dismantle the ayatollah regime, which it considers a threat to the State of Israel. «However, there is no doubt that, with the measures implemented so far, we are weakening them, and we still have more to do,» stated the Israeli leader. According to Israeli Army representative Effie Defrin, since the start of the offensive, 1,900 Iranian regime soldiers and officers have lost their lives, while the US-based NGO HRANA reports over 1,100 civilian deaths. Iran has conducted two series of missile attacks so far this Tuesday, which has activated alarms in cities like Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
