New clashes between Hezbollah and Israel result in 9 deaths from bombings in Lebanon.

This Wednesday, clashes were reported between the Shia group Hezbollah and Israeli forces in southern Lebanon, where Israeli airstrikes resulted in at least 9 deaths and 13 injuries. According to the NNA news agency, both sides used artillery and rockets during the clashes in the Bint Jbeil district, in the town of Aitaroun, which is located on the border with Israel. These confrontations occurred at the same time as the Israel Defence Forces announced their intention to target Hezbollah’s infrastructure in Dahie, which comprises the southern Beirut neighbourhoods controlled by the Shia group.
