Pedro Sánchez calls for Castilla and León to be «the end point» of the PP and Vox governments.

Pedro Sánchez, leader of the PSOE and President of the Government, urged socialists to become active in Castilla y León, with the aim of making this community the end of the PP and Vox governments in the elections on 15 March. During his pre-campaign event, accompanied by the candidate for the Presidency of the Junta, Carlos Martínez, Sánchez defended social democratic policies and the importance of preserving Spain’s diversity. Despite the rise of the far-right, the country has a progressive coalition government that opposes this trend. «When I’m asked, ‘Is it worth it?’ I respond that it’s worth it until 2027 and beyond. However, for that to happen, we also need socialist mayors and presidents like Carlos Martínez leading institutions like the Junta of Castilla y León,» he emphasised.
