According to a statement from Renfe, this is supported by the calls made in the initial moments of the emergency, with the first being made by the train supervisor of the Alvia 2384 at 19:46:24 hours, in which she reported an accident, mentioning that a person had suffered a head injury, had lost consciousness, and did not know where they were.
