The Romanian president, Nicusor Dan, reported that Romania will allow the deployment of troops and military equipment from the United States to support airstrikes in Iran, following a meeting of the Supreme National Defence Council. The president of Romania clarified that these will include refuelling aircraft, monitoring systems, and satellite communication equipment, which will be sent to Romania as part of the Deveselu missile defence system located in the south of the country.
Romania will allow the deployment of American forces for the war in Iran.
