Kyiv.- According to the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, the majority of buildings in Darnytsia and Dniprovski are without heating due to an attack by Russia. “The city has 1,170 buildings that do not have heating,” stated Klitschko. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister, Andrii Sibiga, declared that Russia used 450 drones and more than 60 missiles to attack the country’s energy infrastructure. The temperature in Ukraine has dropped to below -20°C.
