Moscow. This Monday, Russia commemorates Defender of the Fatherland Day, an occasion on which the Kremlin will pay tribute to the soldiers who have participated in the fighting in Ukraine over the past four years. The Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, will conduct a ceremony today for the awarding of military medals after laying a floral tribute at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, located at the foot of the Kremlin walls.
