Russia once again leaves part of Kyiv without electricity, water, and heating at minus 13 degrees Celsius.

Odesa (Ukraine) (EFE) – This Tuesday, a Russian strike on Ukraine’s energy facilities left parts of Kiev without electricity, water and heating, while temperatures in the city hovered around minus 13 degrees. According to Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the head of the military administration of the capital region, Timur Tkachenko, the eastern bank of the Dnieper River has suffered the greatest impact from the attack. In total, 5,635 residential buildings in Kiev have lost their heating supply.
