The magistrate investigating Leire Díez has summoned Santos Cerdán, former Secretary of Organisation of the PSOE, and Antonio Hernando, a party official, to give testimony today. This will be Cerdán’s first time addressing the judge investigating Díez, who maintains that she has not worked for the party. However, in a recording, she claimed to be Cerdán’s right-hand woman, and the PSOE paid her €15,612.04 in 2017 for her work as a journalist in Cantabria. Before the judge, Díez and businessman Javier Pérez Dolset stated that they had meetings with Cerdán at the PSOE office on Calle Ferraz in Madrid. Antonio Hernando, who was mentioned by Zamarriego, was present at one of the meetings.
