In 2025, Social Security recorded 204,659 new foreign affiliates, bringing the total to 3,085,477 foreign contributors. Venezuela and Colombia were the countries that contributed the most workers to the labour market last year. According to the information released by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, foreign employees make up 14.1% of the total affiliates to Social Security, which represents an increase of six tenths compared to last year.
