Spain exported €2.332 billion in arms in the first half of 2025, an increase of 18% compared to 2024.

During the first half of 2025, defence material exports totalled €2.332 billion, representing an 18% increase compared to the same period last year, a growth that stands in contrast to the decline in sales of dual-use products. This is mentioned in the Report on Defence Material Exports, Other Materials and Dual-Use Products and Technologies, to which EFE has had access. The Secretary of State for Trade, Amparo López Senovilla, will present it to the Defence Commission of Congress next Wednesday.
