The supposed author of the gender crime that occurred in the municipality of Mos, in the province of Pontevedra, took his own life before the Civil Guard could arrest him in the residence in O Porriño, where he had barricaded himself after being located by the officers. According to sources from the armed forces, members of the Reserve and Security Group entered the building after half past nine in the evening, finding the man deceased with stab wounds. The Civil Guard attempted to negotiate with the individual, who was armed with a knife, for him to surrender, but they were unsuccessful.
