The Business Federation of Dependence (FED) has made available 160,000 jobs for migrant workers who will be exceptionally regularised. This organisation aims to take advantage of the regularisation of 500,000 immigrants to address the shortage of professionals in the sector and fill vacancies that affect the provision of services in residences and home assistance, due to the ageing population.
