Liliana Sáez, who spoke on behalf of the families of the 45 people who lost their lives in the train accident in Adamuz during the funeral held this Thursday in Huelva, stated that they will fight to know the truth, as only in this way can they heal a wound that will never heal. In her address at the end of the mass, Sáez expressed that they will carry out this fight calmly, despite being in a polarised society. She thanked the diocese of Huelva for the event, stating that the only presence they wish to have by their side is that of God. Sáez highlighted that Huelva is a Marian land and Andalucía a believing people, mentioning those who attended out of commitment. «We are the 45 families who will fight to know the truth, because only the truth will allow us to heal this wound that will never close. We will know the truth. We will fight to ensure that another similar accident does not happen, but we will do so calmly, with comfort and with the peace of knowing that they are now in the arms of the Virgin,» said this representative of the families during the funeral presided over by the kings.
