The first flight of the Spanish airline Air Europa has landed in Venezuela since the end of November.

Caracas (EFE).- The first flight of Air Europa to Venezuela arrived at the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía. The plane took off from Barajas Airport in Madrid and arrived in Venezuela at around 21:00 local time. Air Europa becomes the first Spanish airline to resume operations to Venezuela, surpassing Plus Ultra and Iberia. The airline will begin to resume its operations in the country with three weekly flights in February, which will increase to four in March and finally to five. The company has announced that in February it will operate flights between Madrid and Caracas on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays; and in March, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Additionally, for flights scheduled from 21 March onwards, it will communicate any updates via its channels.
