Barcelona.- This Tuesday, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, reported on the release of three Spanish citizens imprisoned in Venezuela. In an interview with Catalunya Ràdio, Albares mentioned that these releases occurred yesterday, Monday, and add to the five Spaniards who were released previously and are now in Spain. The minister indicated that of the three released, one has chosen to remain in Venezuela, another will be flying to Spain today, and the third is considering whether to stay in Venezuela or return to Spain. Albares urged the Venezuelan government to continue with the releases. Albares praised the work of former President José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, who is acting at the request of the opposition in Venezuela.
