The former councillor of Móstoles who filed an internal complaint against Mayor Manuel Bautista has lodged a claim for an alleged crime of sexual and workplace harassment, as well as for offences related to moral integrity, bodily harm, coercion, and the disclosure of secrets, in which the People’s Party is also mentioned. Lawyer Antonio Suárez-Valdés has reported that the complaint was filed in the criminal chamber of the Court of First Instance in Móstoles. This legal action is directed against the mayor and against the People’s Party as a legal entity, under Articles 184.5 and 31bis of the Penal Code.
