The Government excludes the planned increase in the capital gains tax from the ‘omnibus’ decrees.

The Government has decided to maintain the coefficients used to calculate the tax on the increase in value of urban land in property sale transactions, as the approved decrees did not include the increase foreseen in the ‘omnibus’ royal decree that was annulled. This Wednesday, the BOE reveals the two royal decree laws approved, which restore the measures of the ‘omnibus’ decree that had expired, although the review of the coefficients for the plusvalía is not included.
