The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, informed that a royal decree law will be approved that will include measures for landlords who do not increase the rent for their tenants and actions to combat abuse in seasonal contracts and room rentals. Landlords who renew their contracts without increasing the price will receive a 100% tax rebate on the Income Tax for Individuals (IRPF).
