In the early hours of today, the Iranian Army reacted to the statements made by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, regarding negotiations with Tehran, stating: «Do not consider your defeat as an agreement.» In a statement released by the Tasnim agency, the spokesperson for the Unified Command of Khatam al-Anbiya Operations emphasised that the White House’s claims about negotiations with the Islamic Republic are misleading. «Do not consider an agreement your defeat; the era of your promises has ended.» Currently, there are two sides: truth and falsehood, and no seeker of truth is swayed by your media campaigns, the statement asserts. Furthermore, the Iranian Army warned that the price of oil will not return to previous levels until the Armed Forces of Iran «ensure stability in the region.» The statement warns that «their investments in the region will not materialise nor will they see energy and oil prices as they did before, until they understand that stability in the area is secured by the strong presence of our armed forces.»
