The Iranian supreme leader is alive «as far as I know,» says Iran’s Foreign Minister.

Washington. Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abas Araqchí, stated in an interview with NBC News that the Supreme Leader of Iran, Ali Khamenei, is still alive. The Iranian representative made this claim amid speculations about the deaths of several high-ranking officials of the Islamic Republic due to the attack carried out by the United States and Israel against the country. The minister communicated that two military leaders were killed in the bombings, although government officials managed to survive. In the interview, Araqchí expressed his discontent towards the United States and Israel for the attack, despite negotiations being conducted between Washington and Tehran to reach a nuclear agreement.
