The magistrate of the National Court, Ismael Moreno, has extended by one month the secrecy of the separate investigation he initiated in the context of the Koldo case, related to the information provided by the PSOE about the cash payments made between 2017 and 2024, and has sent this information to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office. The judge has decided to keep the case confidential while the necessary proceedings are carried out and the documentation that the party submitted in December at the request of Judge Moreno is reviewed.
