Madrid. The Supreme Court magistrate, Leopoldo Puente, has requested an investigation into the accounts of former executives of Acciona to trace the origin of funds that may have been transferred from the construction company to Servinabar, which is linked to the former leader of the PSOE, Santos Cerdán, and the cooperative Erkolan. Puente has issued two resolutions, to which EFE has had access, in which he accepts the requests from the Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Guardia Civil and orders the suspension of tax inspection procedures on Acciona regarding the services provided by Servinabar, at the request of the Tax Agency. After identifying in a report that the source of income for Servinabar came from works assigned to Acciona, the agents believe that the Supreme Court investigation should focus on examining the accounts of several former executives under investigation and the cooperative Erkolan. Puente has granted permission to the UCO to communicate with banking entities to obtain information about the former Acciona executive, Justo Vicente Pelegrini, as well as Tomás Olarte and Manuel José García Alconchel, who were suspended by the company following the Guardia Civil report.
The judge orders the tracking of the accounts of several former executives of Acciona in the investigation into Santos Cerdán.
