The judge overseeing the Plus Ultra rescue decides to send the case to the National Court.

The judge of the Investigating Court number 15 of Madrid, Esperanza Collazos, has decided to refer the case of Plus Ultra’s rescue to the National Court, according to legal sources. This Friday, sources have confirmed that the request from the judge has been received by the National Court. The judge believes that the National Court is the appropriate body to conduct the investigation, as the case has taken on a new dimension. The Investigating Court number 15 of Madrid conducted an investigation into the rescue of 53 million euros for the airline but decided to archive the case with the support of the Provincial Court of Madrid.
