The magistrate has decided to initiate an oral trial against the former spokesperson for Sumar, Íñigo Errejón, for sexual assault against the actress Elisa Mouliaá that occurred in October 2021, and has set a bail of 30,000 euros. Judge Adolfo Carretero, responsible for the Court of Instruction 47 in Madrid, has decided to take Errejón to trial and has summoned him on 15 January to inform him of his ruling, which begins the period in which the former leader of Podemos can present his defence.
