Seville, 24 March (EFE).- This Tuesday, the Official Bulletin of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) announces the decree from President Juanma Moreno, which dissolves the Parliament and calls for regional elections on 17 May. The extraordinary bulletin number 5 of this year indicates that both decisions are made in accordance with the provisions of Article 127.1 of the Statute of Autonomy of Andalucía, as well as Articles 9, sections a) and b), 41, and 42 of Law 6/2006, of 24 October, on the Government of the Autonomous Community of Andalucía.
