Ester Muñoz, a representative of the Popular Party, declared that the regularisation of migrants that the Government plans to approve is a «superficiality», as it intends to divert attention from issues related to trains. Upon arriving at Congress, Muñoz stated that the PP maintains its position that it is necessary to regularise «individual by individual». The representative expressed her disagreement with the notion that regularisation should depend on having resided for five months rather than being linked to employment. Furthermore, she pointed out that this proposal acts as an incentive for mafias, encouraging them to continue bringing people and putting their lives at risk.
