The Prosecutor’s Office of the Paris Court of Appeal announced that it will seek disqualification sanctions in the case of misappropriation of European funds, in which Marine Le Pen and others associated with her party have been convicted in the first instance, although the number of years of disqualification requested was not specified. «We will request disqualification sanctions,» stated Thierry Ramonatxo, the first Advocate General to speak at the Paris Court of Appeal at the beginning of the presentation, which is expected to last more than five hours.
