Madrid. This Tuesday, the fiscal authority is reviewing the request from the Government to investigate and sanction the offences of digital sexual violence that social media may be committing through the creation and distribution of child pornography using artificial intelligence. The Board of Prosecutors is gathering to discuss the request submitted by the Council of Ministers on 17 February, under Article 8 of the Statute of the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
