The storm Leonardo continues to hit Andalusia: more than 5,000 people have been evacuated.

The storm Leonardo has affected the peninsula and caused more than 5,000 evacuations in Andalusia after the evacuation of Grazalema due to the risk of flooding. A woman is being sought who fell into a river, and an elderly man has been injured. The president of the Junta, Juanma Moreno, has decided to evacuate 1,500 residents of Grazalema «as a precaution». This number adds to the nearly 4,000 people evacuated in Cádiz, Granada, Córdoba, Jaén, Málaga, and Seville. The Junta has active Forward Command Posts in Jerez de la Frontera and San Roque, as well as in Ronda and Casares. New evacuations are being assessed in Arcos de la Frontera, El Puerto, and Jerez. In Málaga, the search continues for a woman who fell into the Sayalonga River while trying to help her dog.
