The Trump Administration will release three million pages of documents related to Epstein.

Washington. This Friday, the United States Department of Justice announced the release of approximately three million pages and thousands of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, and it will not impose any censorship on any of the 180,000 new images. Todd Blanche, the Deputy Attorney General, informed about a new series of online publications, in compliance with legislation that requires the disclosure of all documents related to the case of the millionaire, which is connected to the President of the United States, Donald Trump, as well as other figures, including former President Bill Clinton. Blanche stated that the disclosure of these new documents will facilitate compliance with the law driven by Congress, which seeks to provide the public with access to information about Epstein’s crimes, who was convicted for soliciting sexual services from a minor and took his own life in prison in 2019 while awaiting trial on human trafficking charges. «We will generate more than three million pages, which will include 2,000 videos and a total of 180,000 images, meaning that the department will have created around three and a half million pages in accordance with the regulation,» stated Blanche during a press conference. The announcement of the publication comes after several months of exchanges of accusations between the Government and Congress due to the delays and lack of clarity in the documents that obscure details and names in years of records and legal documentation related to the Epstein case. The legislation on the transparency of Epstein’s files set December 19 as the deadline for making all documents linked to the New York financier public. Therefore, the Trump administration was, in technical terms, violating the law by continuing to review and process these documents.
