Trump: The US is talking to «a new and more reasonable regime» in Iran, but reiterates his threats.

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, reaffirmed that his nation «is maintaining dialogues with a new regime» in Iran, although he warned of possible attacks on the electrical and oil infrastructures of that nation «if an agreement is not reached». In a statement, Trump stated that progress has been made in the conversations with the new government of Iran «to conclude our military actions in the country», although he did not provide details. «If we do not succeed in reaching an agreement and if the Strait of Hormuz does not ‘open to traffic’, we will end our ‘visit’ to Iran by destroying all of its power plants, oil wells, and the island of Jarg,» he added.
