The Lebanese Army redeploys in the south due to Israel’s ground offensive.

The Lebanese Army reported that it has carried out a «readjustment and relocation» of some of its units in the south of the country due to the Israeli offensive, which has resulted in the «encirclement and isolation» of Lebanese military positions and disrupted their supply routes. According to a statement from the Army Command, the operation was carried out in border areas where «incursions by Israel» have been reported, with the purpose of relocating the positions of the involved units. The Command emphasised that, despite the regrouping, the Army still has a group of soldiers in the southern towns and continues to provide support to the inhabitants.
